Riccardo Vitolo

Riccardo joined the firm in 2025, after more than 15 years of legal practice. He assists Italian and international private clients (HNWIs and UHNWIs), also in coordination with family offices and international advisors. His activity, of a purely civil nature, is divided into three areas: succession and estate planning, real estate and art law.
Riccardo provides assistance in the planning of complex successions and in the generational transfer of assets, even distributed in multiple jurisdictions. Structure tailor-made wealth planning and asset protection solutions

He provides assistance in the acquisition of luxury residential properties in Italy, at every stage of the process, coordinating the professionals involved. He supports international clients in understanding the legal framework and practices of the Italian real estate market.
Part of his professional activity also consists in supporting artists, heirs of artists and collectors for the protection, conservation, enhancement and generational transfer of works of art and design collections. He has gained experience in the creation of artist archives, in legal assistance in the processes of attribution of authorship of works. He negotiates and drafts the contractual documentation relating to the sale, loan and loan of works of art, also dealing with the insurance and circulation profiles of the works.

Across the three areas of activity, he has gained solid experience in litigation and in the pre-litigation phase, in civil, inheritance, real estate, commercial and art law matters, as well as in alternative dispute resolution systems.

Previously, he collaborated with leading international law firms in Italy and with a leading Indian law firm, Mumbai office.
