Maisto e Associati requires candidates to be highly motivated, to have developed an in-depth knowledge of tax law, and to be able to work successfully both independently and as part of a team. Candidates must have an outstanding academic record, have graduated with a thesis in tax law and, preferably, have obtained a postgraduate degree or a master’s degree in national or international tax law. Fluency in English, as well as an internationally oriented academic background, are essential prerequisites for collaboration with Maisto e Associati.

Professional with 5–10 years of experience in advising Italian and international groups operating in various sectors on matters relating to:

· international taxation

· tax planning

· tax audits

· corporate reorganizations

· transfer pricing

· permanent establishment issues

· procedures involving interaction with the Tax Authorities

ASSOCIATE / VAT and Indirect Taxation – Milan/Rome

Professional with 4–8 years of experience in advising Italian and international groups operating in various sectors on matters relating to:

· VAT advisory services and legal opinions

· analysis of tax impacts within supply chains

· relations with the Tax Authorities

· pre-litigation and litigation proceedings

ASSOCIATE / PRIVATE CLIENT and IMMIGRATION – Milan

Professional with 3 to 5 years of experience advising Italian and international private clients, including families, high-net-worth individuals and foreign professionals, on the following matters:

· wealth planning, trusts and cross-border succession matters

· personal taxation and wealth management advisory

· assistance with visa applications, residence permits and tax residency in Italy.
